I Have No Personal Problem With Nana Addo- Dr Richard Anane Breaks Silence
The Former Minister of Health, Roads and Transport and Member of Parliament for the Nhyieaso Constituency in the Ashanti Region under His Excellency, John Agyekum Kuffour, Dr. Richard Winfred Anane has revealed that he has no personal difference or problem with Nana Addo.
Asked whether he agrees with those saying NPP brags of having the men in managing the country, he admits that; yes, the New Patriotic Party have the men to manage the country but some leaders have failed the party.
Speaking to Kwabena Adjei Kyerematen on King Tom Tv Hello Ghana Show, he revealed that in J.A Kuffour’s regime, he brought on board technocrats who could crack the whip to turn things in the interest of the nation.
But was quick to state that he hardly understand why the current ruling government failed to bring some technocrats who have the expertise to help in the management of the country.
Dr. Anane admonished that, J.A Kuffour was a consultative leader who relied on people he believes they could support his administration. Stressing, J. A Kuffour’s plans on Ghana’s railway system then, was to construct the railway line from Accra to Burkina Faso and Takoradi to Burkina Faso…and when Nana Addo and his team came, some delegations were sent to go and facilitate for the construction of the railway and they went and demand $20 billion for the contract could be executed.
Dr. Anane largely tag not to be a fun of Nana Addo, he disputes such allegations that he head such gainsaying but he do threat it as such.
