Economy Will Soon Bounce Back Despite Hardship-Adansi Asokwa NPP Chairman
The New Patriotic Party ( NPP) chairman for the Adansi Asokwa constituency in the Ashanti region, Mr Kwame Owusu has appealed to the teeming youth and Ghanaians in general to exercise some level of patience for His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and his Npp led administration that despite the current economic challenges and hardship that currently persist in the country, the economy will soon bounce back to enable Ghanaians get relieved .
Mr Kwame Owusu who made these passionate appeal hinted that the NPP are the better managers of the economy than any political party in this country which is on record .
Mr Kwame Owusu told the Matcom Media online that, since assumption of office in the year 2017 to govern this country, the Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo led NPP government introduced the National Builders Corpse ( Nabco ) Youth in Afforestation , National Entrepreneurship and Innovations Programme amongst other policy interventions which has supported the youth of the country to get employed.
Mr Kwame Owusu further stressed that the Free Senior High School policy which has come ti stay has since its inception under this regime has relieved a lot of burden from parents and guardians who some years ago cannot afford send their wards to senior high schools because of financial difficulties.
He noted that theNPP always thinks about the future and wellbeing of the Ghanaian populace than any political party in this country.
He mentioned most of the numerous policy interventions such as the School Feeding Programme, National Health Insurance Scheme, Free Maternal Care , Metro Mass Transport , National Youth Employment Programme amongst others which the NPP also implemented under former President John Agyekum Kufour’s regime which are still sustainable.
The Adansi Asokwa npp constituency chairman further disclosed that the National Democratic Congress ( NDC ) has no better policy interventions for the good people of this country because they are only interested in mismanagement of the economy.
Mr Kwame Owusu indicated that his hopes are very high that the good people of this country who have live peacefully under President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and his NPP government despite the current economic challenges will retain the NPP coming 2024 to continue relieving the good people of this country from hardships.
