Rot At Free SHS Secretariat; As Gov’t Alleged To Have Overspend To Benefit School Officials

Intelligence gathered from most public Senior High Schools in the country’s oversupply of food and other items reveals that the government is overpaying to benefit some officials within the public SHS that are being managed by the state.
A thorough source investigation conducted by the Matcom Media content writer in most of the public SHS established that there is an ongoing connivance between storekeepers and other school officials which the government is not aware of some compromise deals to benefit certain individuals.
An in-depth source has it that when students are being posted to the schools some students change their choices of schools or do not report at all but the SHS authorities do not give the actual number of students reported. Another revelations intercepted has it that most of the executives of the Parent Teacher Associations ( PTA ) compels parents / guardians to pay additional monies to the schools to support feeding of students because the food items are not forthcoming due to the connivance between storekeepers and some authorities within the schools.
Following these shot-falls associated with the schools, most of them (public schools) have stopped providing meat and eggs for the students.
The government pays examination registration fees but because most of the SHS in the country overstate the number of students, it has resulted in the schools admitting students to write remedials in the schools because the vacancies has already been created from the beginning of the first years.
All these rot has been in existence which the government through the national security must conduct a very thorough investigations into this by visiting every SHS in the country by using the attendance registers to check on all these revelations .
An independent investigations through the parliamentary select committee on education must also wage into these rot within some of the public SHS in the country which the government is overpaying to benefit certain individuals and selfish authorities in the various SHS for action to be taken on them.
In addition, investigations should be conducted into Wassce registration since 2018 to 2023 and it should be done by a private investigation team not the GES internal auditors and External auditors because most of the Auditors are aware of it already and have compromised. their work.
