You Have Been Forgiven, But Don’t Waste Your Time Contesting Again- Mr. Ansah Larbi To Adwoa Sarfo
The Constituency secretary for the NPP at Dorme-Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region, Mr Theophillus Ansah Larbi in an interview with Citi FM accepted a 2 minutes apology video from his member of parliament, Hon. Sarah Adwoa Sarfo demanding forgiveness from the rank and file of the NPP.
Me. Ansah said, the party in the constituency have accepted her apology but was quick to reiterate that apology is always Adwoa Sarfo’s behaviour any time she’s coming for the people’s vote but this time around, the people in the constituency will decide on her fate.
“For the fact that the NPP is a democratic party, we cannot stop any member from picking form to contest…hence Adwoa Sarfo can come and pick form and file but, she should be mindful that she will be wasting her resources in her quest to lead the constituency as member of parliament again.
The Dormen Kwabenya constituency is the largest in Ghana and lacks many developmental projects and the absence of Adwoa Sarfo has caused the constituency so much.
“I’m not an armed chair secretary but a grassroots one for that matter and the complaints in the constituency following the absence of the MP are too many to be accepted again”.
