Hon. Korankye Paid Working Visit To On-going Installation Telecommunication Mask
The Municipal Chief Executive for Wassa Amenfi East Municipality, Hon. Frederick Korankye (Adwumawura) inspected the On-going installation of GIFEC Telecommunication Mask at Dompuase near Adesu and Wantram.

The 100meters heigh mask is expected to cover about 10msq radius. It is also expected that all GIFEC Telecommunication masks installed within Amenfi East Municipality which are yet to be connected will be operational in the month of October whiles the Dompoase project, near Bibianiha is scheduled to be operational by next week.
Meanwhile,Suhyenso, Wassa Mampong, Asensasu, Boyekrom, Ajumako, Wassa Saa, Wassa Saamang, Jukwa/ Hemang, AbrokyereMarfo-Krom, Aserewadi among others have been connected whiles Dawurapong, New Aboi, Aniamote, Asuogya krobo, Gyedua and Dumpuase await to be connected.
GIFEC rural telecommunication aims to increase rural income, productivity, and competitiveness by creating new markets, opportunities, and value chains. It can also enhance rural education, health, and well-being by improving access to information, services, and resources.
