Alooke Roots For Prof. Nana Opoku Agyemang As Mahama Running Mate
A staunch member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Ebenezer Frimpong Opoku alias Alooke has called on the leadership of the party to maintain Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman as the Vice Presidential Candidate of the party for the 2024 general election.
He has described the Professor as a down to earth and affable personality who can boost the chances of the party in next year’s general elections.
Alooke who is also an NDC Communication member noted that chances of the party at the 2024 elections are bright and should be consolidated with the choice of Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman by the former President John Mahama as his running mate.
Mr. Frimpong Opoku noted that Mr. Julius Debrah who was the Eastern regional chairman of the party and a former Chief of Staff is a man of principles who has paid his dues and must be honoured as an Ambassador in the next NDC government.
He cautioned the NDC against campaigns based on tribal sentiments but should rather share the party’s ideology with the people. END
