LGBTQ: Parliament Approves Bill Sets To Sentence Promoters 3-5- Years

Parliament has approved a custodial sentence ranging from a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 5 years for the willful promotion, sponsorship, or support of LGBTQ+ activities.
Persons caught in the act would also be subjected to a minimum sentence of 6 months and a maximum sentence of 3 years.
This was approved in parliament by members of the house.
