Spend More Time With Your Constituents-Hon. Alexander Afenyo Markin urges Parliamentary Candidates
The Majority Leader in Parliament, Hon Alexander Afenyo Markin has urged  parliamentary candidates in the central region to spend more time with their constituents.
The majority leader also asked them to be resourceful so that they can raise funds to support their campaign because the party at the national level would not bring them money.
Hon Alexander Afenyo Markin said this when he joined NPP national party to launch the 2024 campaign at Cape Coast.
Speaking at the ceremony, the MP for Effutu and Majority Leader in Parliament, Hon Alexander Afenyo Markin said, the time have changed and they have to focus on a massive win that will make them an MP.
Hon Alexander Afenyo Markin also estimated that this year’s election is not a referendum on the NPP but rather on two big parties NPP and NDC and any of the parties can win.
The central regional minister, Hon Justina Marigold Assan called on them to forgive one another and open a new page of reconciliation with each other to ensure the expectations of the party come to reality.
