However, information available has it that, the Office of the Special Prosecutor and Controller & Accountant General’s Department have uncovered over GHC2.8 million paid as salaries to “Ghost Names” on the payrolls of Ghana Education Service and Tamale Teaching Hospital and school in Kunbumgu where salaries are being paid to Ghost names without any teacher there in the school.
