Tepa Midwifery And Nursing College Principal Lauds Individuals For Suporting His Five-Year Dev’t Plan
Mr Albert Opoku, the Principal of Tepa Midwifery and Nursing college expressed gratitude to Dr Kingsley Agyemang, Registrar of Ghana Scholarship Secretariat (GSS), Tepa Traditional Council and individuals who contributed immensely toward the success of his five years development plan of the school.
“Your contributions is worthy commendation hence encourage others to do same”.
The GSS Registrar, Dr Kingsley Agyemang said the government is investing largely on healthcare delivery by constructing regional hospitals in the six newly created regions, the Ghana Centre for infectious disease control centres for each of the three ecological Coastal, Northern and Middle belt zones, construction of 88 standard designed 100-bed hospitals with accommodation for doctors and nurses in the districts.
Nana Dr. Adusei Atwerewaah Ampem II, The Chief of Tepa Traditional area in the Ashanti Region said the Tepa Nursing and Midwifery Training College was a magnificent facility when it was first commissioned hence, its the need to put up recourses together to revamp it.
He recounted that, the school started with thirty students which now has a population of over thousands students signifies how remarkable the facility can tell.
Nana Adusei made this known during the Matriculation ceremony of the school and used the platform to appeal to individuals support financially to provide three storie building for the school.
He explained that the money that they are using for the project is not enough so it will be good for parents to also support raising funds for the project.
The chief also appesl to old students of the school who are now working to donate so as to complete the project.

Speaking to the media to express the challenges, he stated that some stakeholders promised to support them last year during their graduation ceremony and that helped authorities to start the three story building with four big Classrooms.
