Wassa-Esaman: Residents To Protest Against DCE Over His Call To Expatriate Non-Community Members
The people of Wassa Esaman in the Wassa East district are up in arms against their District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Emmanuel Boakye, over an announcement made by him at the community information center threatened to expatriate non-community members.

Wassa Esaman, the DCE declaratio. Came to they as a shock to have directed all “strangers” living in the community to leave the community.
The DCE’s call, however, did not go down well with some community members and they are demanding further explanation from the the DCE to what have called for such sanitations from him without prior notice.
“These so call strangers” are the workforce of the cumminity who have been contributing significantly to the community development and have seen any wrong doing for their expatriate.
Nana Gyabo II and the entire residents are pregnant with fear that, the decision of the DCE will affect the community negatively.

He thus tasked the poeple of Wassa-Esaman stakeholders, and other government bodies and the government to intervene and address their concerns.
“The call of the DCE has negatively spark fear of which non-community members are hastily leaving the community”.
Several attempts were made to reach the District chief executive for Wassa East, Hon Emmanuel Boakye to react to the allegations levelled against him by the chiefs and people of Wassa Esaman but prove futile.
