So Sad: Female Police Officer Commits Suicide At Mamponteng

A female police officer identified as corporal Boakye believed to be in her 30s has allegedly committed suicide.
The incident reportedly happened at Mamponteng, a suburb in the Ashanti region.
The officer was discovered dead in her room by her neighbours.
The officer allegedly discovered her husband, who was recently transferred to Bimbilla to work, had met another woman and impregnated her.
This allegedly caused a misunderstanding between her and her husband because the guy had informed her that he would accept the pregnancy because she (deceased) had been unable to bear children since their marriage.
It has also emerged that the husband kept mocking her over her inability to have children and compared her to the other pregnant woman in Bimbilla.
The situation allegedly hurt the officer, who is said to have committed suicide.
The body has since been retrieved and deposited at the mortuary.
