Hon. Sadat Ahmed Files Nomination Forms To Contest Oforikrom Seat
As part of measures to ensure his name and party appeared on the 2024 parliamentary election ballot paper, the Parliamentary Candidate for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the Oforikrom Constituency, Hon. Anwel Sadat Ahmed has filed nomination forms at the Oforikrom District Office of the Electoral Commission to contest the parliamentary seat in the 2024 general election.
Constituency executives and some party sympathisers and supporters rally behind the PC invaded the EC office at Oforikrom to submit the nomination forms.
Speaking to the media after submitting his nominations, Hon. Anwel Sadat Ahmed estimared that his chances in the constituency are bright and the abysmal performance and bad leadership of the NPP in the constituency is a clear indication that the constituents are yeaning for change come December 7th 2024 and their preferred choice is to vote for Hon. Anwel Sadat Ahmed and the NDC.
According to the young vibrant politician, his prime objective is job creation, hence H. Excellency John Dramani Mahama when compiling the menifesto, views of various institutions were facilitated and most of these views was centred on job creation. However, his focus is to empower the youth through job creation and other reliable skilled trained job opportunities for the constituents when he wins the seat.
Hon. Anwel Sadat Ahmed used the occasion to laud the rank and file of party faithfuls and supporters in the constituency for their unwavering love and support they continued to render to him…and promise not to disappoint them.
Receiving the nominations forms by the District returning officer of EC, Nana Adu Asabere, assured the party and Hon. Anwel Sadat for speedy and transparent processing of the nomination forms.
