Calls On Investors To Create Business Opportunities In The Municipality
The Municipal Chief Executive Officer for the Bibiani Anwhiaso Bekwai, in the Western North Region, Hon. Paul Andoh has called on investors to see the need of creating business initiatives in the municipality to enhance government’s efforts to provide jobs for the teeming youth in the area.
Hon. Andoh made these assertions during the commissioning of ultra modern Minierals Commission’s office in the municipality to serve the interest of safe and sustainable mining in the region.
Addressing a well-packed government high profile personalities, the local government representative averred that the people are anxiously waiting for modern office edifice and having witnessing its commissioning, is a blessings to the people of Bibiani and entire communities.
According to him, the municipal plays a very significant role in the mining sector, and the new office will aid in speeding the operations of safe and sustainable mining, amidst hhelping takeholders in the mining sector to engage in responsible mining activities.
The municipality, he noted, has four mining companies, of which he mentioned the Ashanti Gold Cooperation,Ghana Bauxite Company, Koo Antwi Mineral Company Limited and other small scale mining entities that are large scale companies engaging in safe and legal mining in the municipality signifies how imperative the office will be to the municipal.

Hon. Paul Andoh uused the eevento express his profound gratitude to the NPP government led by the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the vice president, Dr. Bawumia and the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor for constructing such magnificent office edifice for the people of Bibiani-Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality. This shows that the NPP government is committed to serving the interest of the Ghanaian people.
