2024 Election: Ashanti Region Is Going To Be The Decider For NDC- Nana Kwasi
The Ashanti Regional Chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Augustus Andrews a. K. a Nana Kwasi has assured supporters and sympathisers of the NDC that the Ashanti Region is going to be the deciding region for the NDC victory in the December 7 general elections.
Speaking during a walk to outdoor the campaign of the Nhyiaeso NDC Parliamentary Candidate, Madam Faustina Dery, hinted that the lies and Propaganda of the NPP, God has exposed them and this year’s election is between Ghanaians and NPP not between NDC.
“The NPP government led by Nana Addo Bawumia has disappointed the masses and living standards are on the skyrocketing”…the then campaign logan of the NPP was that;” Ghanaians are suffering, Teachers are suffering, nurses are suffering, today, the suffering is unmeasured”.
Nana Kwasi addressing the mammoth crowd to formally introduce the parliamentary candidate, estimated that Ghanaians will not this time buy into the lies of rhe NPP. Nana Addo promised to build Cathedral for God but what he could do is to dig the world expensive hole at the cost of US$ 58 million. Such leader, should not be trusted any more.
He stated emphatically that the NDC is going to win the election whether NPP like it or not…what we need to do is to protect our ballots and that can be assured because leadership have facilitated viable measures to protect our votes at the polling station by our taskforce
On the part of thw regional chairman, the Parliamentary Candidate for the Nhyiaeso, Madam Faustina Dery, expressed her profound gratitude to rank and file of party faithfuls especially some national executives who took part in the exercise, the regional executives, and well-meaning NDC members who spend their time and take part in the walk.
According to her, the NDC shared the pain and suffering of the Ghanaian people which has initiated by the NPP, stressing that John Dramani Mahama says he will elevate them from their difficult times and provide them with jobs through the intervention of 24-hour economy policy.
SpeKing on the 24-hour economy policy, the Women’s Bank policy, she revealed that her prime area is to ensure her constituents are provide with skilled jobs aiming at targeting the youth and women in the constituency whem he wins the seat for the first time for the NDC.
Madam Faustina Dery acknowledged the commitment and selfless support of John Mahama’s Sons for traveling all the way from Accra to support the people of Nhyiaeso constituency. Their inclusion is a sign of victory, a sign to show that, the battle is not only John Mahama alone but the entire family is fully prepared to rescue Ghanaians from the suffering hands of Nana Addo Bawumia bad leadership.
Dignitaries at the event were; the former Attorney- General and Minister of Defence, Betty Mould Iddrisu, former Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Samuel Sarpong, former Ashanti Regional deputy minister, Mr. Andy Okran, deputy national communication officer, Malik Basintale, the two sons of John Mahama, Sharif and Safiq, Ashanti Regional chairman, Nana Kwasi, regional secretary, Dr Frank Amoakohene and many other personalities that grace the event.
