Fear Grips Oforikrom NPP, As Sadat Shacks Up Constituency With Mammoth Crowd
The Oforikrom Parliamentary Candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the Ashanti Regional executives have sent a strong signal to the NPP in the region that, the region is the deciding victory for John Dramani Mahama in the December 7 general elections.
In a walk outdoors the parliamentary candidate of the Oforikrom Constituency, Hon. Anwel Sadat Ahmed, the huge numbers that came out, has caused fear and panic within the rank and file of the NPP, especially in the constituency.
Thousands of party faithful from all walks of scores from various political lines within the constituency turned out with enthusiasm singing and dancing with the hope of change and walked from Tech-Junction to the party’s constituency office leaving many in the constituency wondering what would happen in the December 7 elections.
Gracing the walk, were the Sons of the two Johns, Sharaf, Mahama, Safiq Mahama, and Samuel Kofi Mills, the father of Hon. Anwel Sadat Ahmed, Alhassan Ahmed the Director of Logs Court Company who stormed the constituency.

Hon. Anwel Sadat Ahmed addressing the event, used the opportunity to express his profound gratitude to the constituency, the regional and national for the overwhelming support.

Hon. Ahmed reiterated that Ghanaians are anxious for a leader with good leadership quality and integrity and John Dramani Mahama is the ultimate choice.
Hence, charged supporters are not to relent in their quest to support the victory cause since the prime agenda of the Constituency is to win the seat for the first time for John Dramani Mahama and the NDC and will not relent in achieving that ultimate desire.
According to him, the youth of Oforikrom Constituency is paramount to him and under the 24-hour economy policy, no youth would be left behind when John Dramani Mahama was elected president and won the seat come December 7 2024.
He however employed party sympathisers, and supporters not to let guide their efforts in canvassing votes to increase the party’s chance of winning.
Addressing the large crowd, the Ashanti Regional Secretary of the NDC, Dr. Frank Amonkobene lauds the constituency executives for organising such a Mammoth crowd.
“Your efforts in making up these large numbers speak volumes of victory for Hon. Sadat Anwel Ahmed and John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming elections”.
Dr. Amoakohene told supporters that, we vote because of development but down the line seven years of NPP Nana Addo Bawumia government, has Oforikrom received the 1D1F they promised, the one constituency one million dollar, one district one dam, tells all of us that the NPP deserves no more chance in government.
“The ‘calipo’ Nana Addo, Bawumia used as campaign slogan to power, was 1 cedis, today the same calipo is 5 cedis”. Where are the better managers of the economy?
The 2024 general election is about Ghana and is about the future generation. Thus, voting for NPP is putting Ghana in severe economic disaster.
However, John Dramani Mahama having realised the magnitude at which Nana Addo Bawumia destroyed the economy, decided to introduce the 24-hour economy to help revamp the economy and create jobs for the teeming youth.
