Family Disowns Son After Being Caught In Bed With Another Man
The Aduana family from Offinso in the Ashanti region has disowned their son, Alex Ackah, for engaging in same sexual intercourse with another man after the two were caught in the act.
Opanin Kofi Bonsu told the media after the incident that, their son has put the family in shame and the values and tradition of the family does not permit such ungodly practices, hence the need for his disownment.
Alex Ackah is our son, and he is not the only male son of the family, but he has put the entire family in public ridicule.
Opanin Kofi Bonsu reaffirmed that Alex Ackah returned from South Korea fews years ago and he believes he has practiced his bad behavour in South Korea which has now brought shame to them and they have no choice than to part ways with him irrespective of Alex Ackah been their son or not.
The decision that took by the family should have been considered based on human-face, but the integrity of the family and country is paramount….Ghana is not in support of same sex relationship and Aduana family doesn’t support it either. Opanin Bonsu noted.
Opanin Kofi Bonsu averred that, the family have in number of times, cautioned Alex Ackah to refrain from the ungodly act but prove futile.Opanin Kofi Bonsu made this known on September 20, 2024 when addressing the media.
He stated that following Alex Ackah’s consistency engagement in same sex acts has compelled his wife to divorce the marriage.
Opanin, however, used the opportunity to warn members of the family to let Alex Ackah’s incident serve as a caution to all in order to protect the integrity and values of the Aduana family from public shame.
According to a member of the family, Alex Ackah’s incident is not an allegation but he was caught in the act and there are pictures when Alex and his male partner was caught in the act not one, not two but in number of occasions.
