According to him, the implementation of flagship programs such as the “One District, One Factory” initiative and the “Planting for Food and Jobs” program, the introduction of the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy has changed education by eliminating financial barriers and enhancing educational outcomes for thousands of Ghanaian school going children.
