Parliament Today: NDC MPs Takes Over Majority Side
Members of Parliament of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have taken over the Majority side in Parliament today after the Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Alban Bagbin vacates the seats of four MPs following their intentions to contest the December 7th elections as independent candidates.
The chaotic situation after the Supreme Court also for a stay of the four MPs on last week Friday, the two side is seriously contesting of who to occupy the majority side as Parliament resumes this morning.
Despite the security directives from the clack of Parliament indicating that, the house will be opened at 8:00am, Hon. Annor Dompreh was earlier seen in the chambers before the 8 00am seated at the Majority side.
Scenes from Parliament House has it that, NDC MPs went straight onto the Chamber and occupy the majority side with Annor Dompreh and one NPP MPs whose name still to be identified.
