The Ashanti Regional Organizer for the ruling Party, NPP, Francis Adomako has revealed that this year’s election would be decided in favour of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the NPP base on three policies.
Speaking to the media after a group calling itself, “Bawumia Professionals Connect” met student Nurses at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in the Ashanti Region to outline the party’s achievements in the health sector and why they should vote for Dr. Bawumia.
Mr. Adomako eulogises Dr. Bawumia as a leader who is accessible, respectful and the will of accountability.
According to him, the two leading candidates, Dr. Bawumia and John Dramani Mahama have occupied the vice president position before, and their chances would be determined by their performance.
Emphasizing on why the two candidates are not the same, estimated that, Dr. Bawumia has displayed a good leadership qualities as vice president of which he has introduced 32 polices, revolving the problem of unemployment by introducing NABCO, the gold for oil policy to stabilize the cedi to the dollar, the Siyno-hydro project to fix the country’s road network speaks volume of Dr. Bawumia’s commitment and readiness to lead the country as president.
On the other hand, John Mahama and the NDC took Ghanaians through four years of dumsor and when Mahama was asked of swift solution to the dumsor, he told us that, he’s not a magician.
Dr. Bawumia, he said, will come back after his four years as president to account to Ghanaians for second term. But, Mahama has only four years and will not come back to account for his stewardship.
“Voting for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is a vote for your children’s future”. He however urged the rank and file of every Ghanaian to consider the over 1 million children who have access to free education and vote for Dr. Bawumia and the NPP party to ensure the Free SHS policy are maintained.
