The appointment, according to the regional chairman has explained your satisfaction in the work of the region team for appointing leaders ŵho deems fit to serve in your government.
Having appointed the party’s regional secretary, Dr. Frank Amonkobene as regional minister designate speaks volume of the crusal role been played in the succes story of the region.
Mr. Augustus Andrews went ahead to averred that, the recent appointment of Hon. Muntaka Mohammed- Mubarak, Member of Parliament for Asawase, as Minister Designate for the Ministry of Interior, and Mr. Adjei Kenneth Gilbert, as Minister Designate for the Ministry of Works, Housing, and Water Resources, further affirmed your trust in the competence and dedication of individuals in region.
That not said, the said appointments have been received with great appreciation and optimism by the rank and file of members in the Region.
“Your trust and recognition imposed on us, Mr. President, by fostering a regional balance and inclusiveness in your government, coupled with the confidence invested in the appointees, we wish them well in their new post and thank you again.
Your Excellency, while we celebrate these appointments, we are hopeful that additional members from the Ashanti Region will be considered for Deputy Ministerial roles and Chief Executive Officers positions in key institutions.
The regional chairman conveyed this appreciation message to the president in a press release. “The appointments will play a pivotal role in the region’s development amidst advancing the NDC’s vision for Ghana’s development.
He assured the president of their unflinching loyalty and support in their quest to promote the party’s Resetting Ghana Agenda.
“We shall continue to appreciate and extend our deepst gratitude for your thoughtful consideration and leadership”.
